The Falkland & Generation
The Falkland Chair may also be fitted with a reclining back (although not
in the same chair as a riser action). A ratchet action gives a choice of four
backrest positions. Our Generation manual recliner also offers a variety of
sitting positions - the backrest may be lifted into one of two reclined positions
and the seat rake may also be altered. Matching legrests are available for
both the manual recliners.
The Arran
The Arran Manual Riser is one of our best selling chairs and has been in production
for over 25 years. It assists rising and lowers the user gently back down.
It is a safe and controlled action and may be fitted with a choice of piston
strengths to suit user weight. The chair has a locking handle which secures
the seat in the down position. The mechanism may also be fitted in our Falkland
Chair and both Arran and Falkland Manual Risers are VAT exemptable products
for qualifying purchasers.
