Order forms are available from A.J.Way.
All orders need to state the following information:

• Any non-standard sizes, features, options
• Wood finish
• Fabric type & colour
• Order number
• Delivery address
• Contact telephone number
• Invoice address & telephone number
• Delivery instructions or restrictions

Please note that all orders will be supplied with standard dimensions & features unless otherwise requested. A.J.Way & Co. Ltd reserves the right to alter specifications, models & fabrics without prior notification in the interests of continuous product improvement. Dimensions given may vary slightly as a result of using a variety of thicknesses of cover.
